Raouf Dusmohamud & Co Ltd., was established in 1990 to provide quality automotive services to the Mauritian public at an affordable price. We have since developed from a single car franchise to being the representative of various household brand names in the country. Our headquarters is based on the Motorway at Les Pailles, within 5 minutes from the capital city Port-Louis. .
Raouf Dusmohamud & Co Ltd consists of 3 main divisions:
SALES & MARKETING
Our sales and marketing staff are dedicated to offer and keep you up to date with our full range of products.
Given our wide range of automotive products, you will be duly advised about the vehicles that will fit all your specific needs.
SPARE PARTS
All vehicles imported are complemented by a well stocked lot of spare
parts in our 2 warehouses located in the region of Port-Louis.
Our spare parts staffs are technically trained to better assist your needs.
WORKSHOP
We offer mechanical, panel beating and painting services for all types of vehicles. Our workshop staffs are regularly sent for training to our suppliers and the IVTB to keep their technical abilities up to date.
We assure proper after sales to all the products we sell.
SERVICE POLICY
We ensure all our valued customers a service guarantee for all the products we offer.
We offer the whole range of workshop services from minor servicing to crash repairs.
Our commitment to our customers is in the form of properly trained staff in our entire after sales department ranging from staff visiting Malaysia for technical training to refreshment courses at our locally renowned IVTB.
We can also assure our supplier’s commitment to their worldwide customers through service campaigns conducted in Mauritius by their technical experts.
